Some people in New York State are waking up to snow-covered ground and roads this morning.

A cold front has swept across the state and it has left snow for some people in the Empire State.


The weather is expected to remain cold through the rest of the week with more snow possible in higher elevations.

It was the first snowfall for some parts of New York while this is the second shot of snow for others.

Could we see more snow across New York State? Some weather models have snow forming later this week as a storm front moves up the East Coast and could bring rain and snow to parts of New York State.
