If you've ever done some hardcore fitness classes, you might be familiar with the army crawl.

Even its evil cousin, the bear crawl.

They're brutal.

But apparently they've all been on to something, because the latest fitness trend?Your infant is already doing it.

The latest fitness trend is...crawling.

Today was "new sweater day" for me...I couldn't risk it getting stretched (that's my excuse and I'm sticking with it) so I enlisted Eric Jordan to try it out.  It's a cross between crawling...and the kid from The Grudge.

So...is it a workout?
