Memorial Day has passed.  It is now on to summer...unofficially.  If you're looking to get yourself into shape, check out some of these free fitness classes that will be happening.

If quarantine has left you with an extra 15 or you're just hoping to tone up for the beach, there will be classes being held in parks across Western New York to help you get where you want to be.  Even if your goal is to just get moving a little bit, these could be for you.

All of the classes are free and they're being held in multiple parks on different nights all summer long!  They're being brought to you by Independent Health and the YMCA.  Check out the list right here:
