Monday Starts Safety Improvements On 198–Expect Tougher Traffic [VIDEO]

Expect lane closures to start at 9 AM in the morning on Monday and last every day this week until 3 PM. The changes in the speed limit decreased to 30 are because of the death of a boy in May

Lanes closures on Buffalo's Route 198 will start Monday.  Those closures are part of ongoing safety improvements to calm traffic.
