More changes are coming to local television here in Western New York. Another local TV personality announced on social media that they are leaving the 716, this time for a job out West.

Dom Tibbets Leaving Channel 7 For New Job Out West

It has been a busy month at WKBW Channel 7. Last week, long-time morning show anchor Katie Morse hosted her last show. She left the station to take a job as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.

It was also reported that several people, including news anchor Pheben Kassahun, would be let go at the end of the month as the company makes major cuts across the country.

Now, after four years, Sports reporter Dom Tibbesst is saying goodbye. He posted on his social media that after four years, he is coming on from Buffalo for a new role in Arizona.

ABC 15 in Phoenix is an E.W Scripps station, so this would be a company transfer for Tibbetts.
