ERIE COUNTY FAIR MIX 96 RV GIVEAWAY ON SITE REGISTRATION

1. HOW TO ENTER

a. The ERIE COUNTY FAIR MIX 96 RV GIVEAWAY contest will begin at 10AM EST WEDNESDAY AUGUST 10TH and end on SUNDAY AUGUST 21st 10PM EST.

b. To participate in the contest, you may enter via the following method(s): Participants can fill out an entry blank at the designated radio station areas.

c. ONE ENTRY PER PERSON.

d. Winner will be selected by random drawing

2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

a. The contest is open to all WMSX listeners who are 18 years of age or older and who legally reside in the WNY broadcast area of the radio station. Employees of Townsquare Media (the “Station(s)”), its licensee, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, its advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the WNY metropolitan area and the members of their immediate families AND/OR HOUSEHOLDS are ineligible to participate or win.

b. Only one winner per household is permitted in any Station contest.

c. One winner per prize offered, must have valid photo ID

d. Contestants are required to provide truthful information and the Station will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. The Station will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements, and the Station will also delete any entry received from persons under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.

3. PRIZES

a. ONE person will win the following prize: 2016 Coleman Tow behind RV/Camper CTS262BH from Camping World of Buffalo in Hamburg

b. This prize may be picked up at the Camping World of Buffalo in Hamburg at 5533 Camp Rd. Hamburg, NY 14075 time to be determined after Monday, August 22nd.

b. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash value of $23,046.75. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Al taxes and other expenses, costs and fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of the price are the sole responsibility of the winner. Other restrictions may apply.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

a. Decisions of the Station management with respect to the contest are final.

b. Winner will be selected by, Monday AUGUST 22nd and notified.

c. Odds of winning depend on number of people entering

d. Winners need not be present to win

e. Radio station representative will contact winner. Winners must execute and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability Prize Acceptance Form within ten (10) days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be chosen by random drawing.

5. CONDITIONS

a. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. Winner may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.

b. By participating in the contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.

c. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Station in its sole discretion may require contest winners (and their travel companions, if any) to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold the Station, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.

d. The Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Station, any competition or prize-related event is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, the Station reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.

e. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of the Station.

f. The Station is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize.

g. By entering the contest, each entrant agrees for entrant and for entrant’s heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless Townsquare Media, Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and their respective officers, directors, and employees (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such entrant’s participation in the or contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize or any portion thereof (including any travel related thereto); (b) to indemnify Released Parties from any and all liability resulting or arising from the contest and to hereby acknowledge that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by prize supplier that are sent along with the prize; (c) if selected as a winner, to the posting of such entrant’s name on the Mix 96 Buffalo website [www.Mix96Buffalo.com] and the use by Released Parties of such name, voice, image, and/or likeness for publicity, promotional, and advertising purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, permission, or approval, and, upon request, to the giving of consent, in writing, to such use; and (d) to be bound by these official rules and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the contest itself, and to be bound by all decisions of the Station, which are binding and final. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in disqualification from the contest at Station’s sole discretion.
