My eye's must be deceiving me !!  If you are a candy lover eat up. I have always been told to reduce my candy consumption or cut it out completly. A new study conducted by researchers at Louisiana State University says that people who eat candy have a lower BMI, smaller waists and weigh  less.  They also found candy eaters had a 14% lower risk of high blood pressure.  How is this possible?

Wait before you eat two bags of jelly beans. It has also been suggested that candy eaters are more active. As Doctor Oz says "calories in calories out". If you eat 2000 calories of candy a day you can expect the scale to rise. As always everything in moderation. So go ahead and enjoy a hand full of jelly beans and jump on the treadmill.
