Deputy Saves Girls Who Drove Into Lake [VIDEO]

The Rockwall County Sheriff's Office released dash cam video of a water rescue by Deputy Keven Rowan. Two young girls drove into a freezing lake, and neither girl could swim. Deputy Rowan is being hailed a hero after pulling the two women from the sinking car early Saturday morning — moments before it slipped beneath the surface of Lake Ray Hubbard.
