
“Big Money” Winning Lottery Tickets Sold In Western New York
This week was a great week for lottery players in Western New York.
The New York State Lottery announced that there were three "Big Money" winning tickets sold in the 716 this week.
Two of the winners came from the Take 5 lottery while the other was a Powerball winner.
The winning Powerball ticket was sold at the Tully's restaurant on French Road in Depew and it matched four out of five numbers and had the Powerball from Wednesday's drawing. That ticket won the 3rd place prize of $50,000.

The first Take 5 lottery winning ticket in Western New York was sold at Tops Markets on Amherst Street in Buffalo for the Monday evening drawing. That ticket matched all the numbers and won the top prize of $30,932.
The other Take 5 lottery ticket was sold at Tops Markers on Seneca Street in Buffalo. That ticket also matched all the numbers, and split the top prize with two other winning tickets in New York, and took home $10,711.

This weekend you will have a couple of chances to win some "Big Money" with the Mega Millions and the Powerball.
The Mega Millions jackpot is now up $129 million dollars and the next drawing is tonight at 10:59 pm. The Mega Millions is drawing every Tuesday and Friday night.
The next Powerball drawing takes place on Saturday and the jackpot is now up to $172 million dollars. The Powerball is drawn every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday night at 10:59 pm.
