More “Big Money” Winning Powerball Tickets Sold In New York

The "Big Money" winning continued on Monday night in New York State with the Powerball drawing.

The New York State Lottery announced that two "Big Money" winning tickets were sold in New York from Monday's Powerball drawing.

Each one of those tickets matched four out of five numbers and also had the Powerball and took home the 3rd place prize of $50,000.

Monday's winning Powerball numbers were: 2-17-18-29-43 with a Powerball of 03.

These two tickets become the 14th and 15th "Big Money" winning Powerball tickets sold in New York so far in 2025. That means 15 people in New York State have started off 2025 with at least $50,000 in lottery winnings.

As for the Powerball, since no one claimed the grand prize from last night's drawing, the jackpot for Wednesday's drawing is up to $154 million dollars.
