Shake Shake Shake your booty!! I love Zumba!! If you have not tried it you will want to. Zumba classes are usually an hour of fun. If you can stand up and dance get in to a class ASAP!! Zoomba is not your conventional aerobics class. You will be in a room full of loud happy people. The calorie burn is phenomenal. You can blast away an average of 800 calories.

When you go to Zumba class make sure you are well prepared.

1. Bring a happy positive attitude

2. Wear clothing that will wick away sweat.

3.  Grab a great pair of supportive shoes that will allow you to pivot and turn easily.

4. Don't forget your towel and water
