Tomorrow, Wednesday February 22nd marks the beginning of the Lenten Season. The discussion begins about every year this time...Who has the best fish fry in Buffalo?

McPartlan's, Hayes Seafood, Wiechec's, The Hideaway in North Tonawanda all serve a great fish fry.

But according to recent inquiries the place that received the most votes is The Swannie House at 170 Ohio Street in Buffalo. It is just a little pub, and has been likened to a bar in an "old Scottish fishing village". I have not tried it but the reviews are numerous and all good!
