Which Northeast State Has The Worst Drivers? [VOTE]

We've all had run-ins with bad drivers.  whether it's the driver on the highway that sits next to a tractor trailer with his cruise control on backing up traffic for dozens of cars, The unsafe lane change, Texting/talking on their phone while driving, or my favorite, driving with your dog on your lap.

This got me thinking.  Of all the states in our region (north east United States), which state has the worst drivers.  I have my opinion and that state starts with "O" and ends with "O".
