Where NY Ranks As Pet Owners

You may be surprised. 

Where do you think New York ranks as far as percentage of people that own pets?  How 'bout 49th!  I had to read it twice.  I thought we were 49th and only one state had more, the 50th (Massachusetts).  Not the case. We are near the bottom.
