I recently read an article on women breaking the fashion rules in their middle age. Middle age, what is middle age I thought?  According to the article women in their 40's  are breaking the style rules. I'm sorry for my ignorance. Who are you calling middle aged? Where does it say that once you hit 40 you should roll up and cry? I never got that memo. I have heard about the style rules. If your over 40 never wear a mini skirt and heels over 2 inches. Let's not forget the favorite rule of COVER UP !!!! If you can wear it wear it. The time may come when you may not look so hot in a mini dress. Women are living longer, are stronger and getting better with time.  I have heard the "Distinguished Gentleman" look for years and the " Old Maid"terms for too long.  Here's a list of foods to eat to keep the youth and vitality coming.

1. Blueberries- Antioxidants to protect the skin 

2. Salmon- Rich in fatty acids and Omega 3's

3. Green Tea- Loaded with antioxidants and anti inflammatory properties

4. Kiwi- Contains a large dose of vitamin C which promotes collagen production and wrinkle reduction
