What Do You Keep In Your Garage?

A recent survey found 1 in 4 garages are so full of junk, a car won't fit inside.

Basically, we're hoarders.

When I was house-hunting, my top 2 "wants" were a garage and a fenced yard.  Garage so I wouldn't have to brush my car off at 4am, and fenced yard so DJ could get her ya-ya's out.

I was surprised to find out how many of my neighbors with garages don't in fact use the garage for their vehicles, but for extra storage.

Keith's friend uses their garage as a "Polish patio" in the summer months, complete with carpeting, tv, mini-fridge....

27% of us use it for hobbies, 23% use it to work on the car, 13% use it as an exercise area.

1 out of 3 of us keep the door shut permanently, because we're embarrassed about what a mess it is!
