This weekend your choices for waterfront dining in Western New York will increase as another local business is set to open up.

Along with restaurants like Salty Chefs, Charlie's Boatyard, Liberty Hound, and Panorama on Seven, you will now have a place to grab some Mexican cuisine along the water.

The new Papi Grande’s Waterfront and Beach Bar will open up this weekend along the Buffalo River. The new location will be right across from Buffalo Riverworks.

They have been working on a soft opening over the past could of weeks but will officially have their grand opening this weekend. The official opening will kick off at 3 pm and there will be plenty of going on all weekend long including live music.

The new Waterfront and Beach Bar is the second location for Papi Grande’s. The original is located in Amherst on the corner of Maple Road and Sweet Home Road.

The addition of Papi Grande's gives Western New Yorkers more choices to have a great dinner or lunch along the waterfront. From the Southtowns at Hoaks and DOS up to the Northtowns with River Grill and Casey's Cabana, there are plenty of options for dining on the water this summer in Western New York.

Don't want a view of Lake Erie? No problem you can head to North Tonawanda and Lockport and dine along the Erie Canal if you want. If you want to eat near water in Western New York, there is a place out there for you!
