If you don't want to travel to Europe to view a total solar eclipse, the next solar eclipse in the United States will take place on March 30th, 2033. That total solar eclipse will only be visible in Alaska.
The next total solar eclipse that will be visible in the contiguous US will happen on August 22nd, 2044. and totality will happen over North Dakota and Montana.
