The Phrase #LikeAGirl — Does It Bother You? [VIDEO]

Earlier this morning, Gordon and I were talking about the game-winning home run, hit by the only girl on a Little League team out of New Jersey.

Does she deserve accolades for winning the game? ABSOLUTELY. It was a hell of a hit!!!

Does the celebration HAVE to be about her hitting the home run and being a GIRL? For some reason, that really strikes a chord with me. I'm by no means a man-hater or anything....I just think, in 2014, we should loosen the choke-hold on what it is to be a girl.

The makers of Always actually released a video a while back that casts an incredible cultural view on what it means to do just about anything "like a girl".
