The Cost Of Not Having Sprinklers In The Notre Dame Cathedral

All over Facebook yesterday, folks were posting pictures of themselves in front of Notre Dame Cathedral, from happier days.  For anyone that has visited Paris, the cathedral was a must see.

So, it was heartbreaking to see fire fighters battling the blaze coming out of such a symbolic building.

Here is the latest on the fire at Notre Dame.

1) The fire is out and the damage is severe but it does appear to be structurally sound.

2) French President Macron said that his wish is to have the cathedral rebuilt in 5 years.

3)  Experts says there were no sprinklers located in the roof, which is where the fire appears to have started.

4) France's wealthy elite have pledged $700 million to help rebuild.
