The Cakes Of Top Chef[Video]

Top Chef Desserts is in full swing. The quick fire challenge last night made me think. What creative lemon dessert would I be able to make in 45 minutes? My friends and I laughed as I said I would of made a lemon raspberry tini, a beverage can be a dessert can't it?

 The elimination challenge proved to be challenging for the chefs.  The chefs were split in three teams  to design a cake for a event. They were placed in front of a master cake baker and decorator. As I looked at all three of the cakes, I thought they may as well go on taste because not one of them looks like a professional creation.

  Judge for yourself and watch the video. What would you say if you paid $800 for a cake that fell apart and had shoddy decorations?  But on the bright side.....It taste's great !!!
