Western New Yorkers HATE IT When You Do This At A Festival
If you are headed to one of the amazing Summer festivals happening over the next couple of months, DON'T BE THIS PERSON!
There is something that people do at outdoor festivals that people do that could be the most annoying thing ever. It happens at every major festival and drives people nuts.

It is when there is a line of people moving through the festival and a group of people just decide to stop. They impede the flow of traffic and mess with the flow of people moving around the festival.
To me, it is like you are driving on the 90 and just decided to stop your car. You jam up all the people behind you.

If you see something you want to look at or something you want to buy, you should move to the side and then stop. Just like you are getting off the 90. Take the ramp and get out of the way of the flow of traffic.
This happened to me several times this past weekend at the Allentown Arts Festival. There were thousands of people walking around Allentown enjoying all the amazing artworks and vendors but there were two lines of people moving through the massive festival.

Several times, people would see something and just stop. This would jam up everyone behind them. If these people would of just moved to the side and then stopped, the flow of traffic would now of been interrupted.
Also to the people who stop just to talk with someone they see, please move to the side. Again when three or four people just stop, it messed with the people behind them.
So this summer, do the right thing and if people are walking in a line around the festival, don't just stop. Step to the side, get out of the line and then stop.
Thank You!
