2026 Taste Of Buffalo To Feature 13 New Restaurants

The largest two-day food festival in America is back in Western New York this weekend. The Taste of Buffalo is back, and this year there are 13 first-time restaurants that you will have a chance to sample.

There will be 13 first-time restaurants at this year's Taste of Buffalo. This will be a great weekend to taste what they have to offer all in one place. Here are the "rookie" restaurants that will be at the 2026 Taste of Buffalo.

FAQ 2026 Taste Of Buffalo

If you are planning on heading out to the Taste of Buffalo this year, here is what you need to know.

The Taste of Buffalo runs Saturday from 11 am until 9 pm and on Sunday from 11 am until 7 pm. Restaurants will be lined up along Delaware Ave from Niagara Square, in front of Buffalo City Hall, to Chippewa Street.

Parking is free along city streets, while some privately owned parking lots charge for parking. The cost of parking is dictated by each parking lot.

Admission to the Taste of Buffalo is free and most food items will cost between 4 and 12 tickets. Tickets can be purchased at a discount at Tops Markets or from one of three ticket booths at the event. Tickets are $7 cash or $7.25 credit for a sheet of 10 tickets
