Do you want to know if you're going to have a long life?  Here are five signs the experts say will help improve your chances of living longer... 

First, you drink tea!  Black and green teas are full of chemicals that relax blood vessels and protect against heart disease.

Second,  you walk a lot!  People who walk at least 30 minutes a day life four times longer than those who walk less.

Third, you were not overweight as a teenager.  One study found kids who were overweight at age 14 had higher risks of getting type 2 diabetes as adults. 

Fourth, you do not have a maid.  The average person burns nearly 300 calories doing housework for an hour.

Fifth, you think positive!  Researchers say people with a healthy outlook and good social relationships live longer than those who mope around and cut themselves off from others.
