
Scuba Divers Forgotten In Shark-Infested Waters
The US Coast Guard is investigating a Florida tourism company that apparently forgot two tourists while they were on a scuba diving expedition.
According to Yahoo Paul Kline and Fernando Garcia Puerta -- were rescued by a private yacht clinging to a buoy in shark-infested waters.
A Coast Guard spokesperson said the incident is under investigation,we got a call that the two people were picked up in the sea and there was no medical harm and they went back to port she said.
A diving company out of Miami Beach took a group of people to scuba dive in the open ocean.
When two of the divers surfaced, they found that the boat had gone.
The two clung to a fishing buoy for about two hours, until just before dark, when they were spotted by passengers on a private yacht, who rescued them.
