I always stay indoors in the winter. Spring will be here before you know it and it's time to go out and play.  Spend less time in the kitchen and enjoy the season. I'm always trying to save a little time to do someting else.  These tips will help you cut down on time in the kitchen.

  • Buy broth. - Don't Make it !!!
  • Go for canned beans. - Why wash, pick rocks, soak and cook.  Wheew 
  • GO for packaged, chopped veggies- Yes they are ready to go and great for snacks
  • Double up on quantity- Eat now and later.  
  • Try a slow cooker.- You don't even have to be there and the house will smell so yummy 
  • Go for frozen foods. -Healthy Choice, Lean Cuisine and Birds Eye  are my favs.
  • Use time-saving ingredients. Canned vegetables can be your friend although frozen is your best
