When I think of macaroni salad I instantly think of summer outings. All summer long I will give summer fun recipes. Tuna and real Hellmans mayonnaise is yor friend. This is not waist friendly, so eat a little less if you like. It's rich and satisfying.

  • 16 ounces macaroni
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 2 (6 ounce) cans tuna, drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can peas, drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can carrots, drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sweet mustard
  • salt and pepper, paprika to taste
  • In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente, rinse under cold water and drain.

    1. In a large bowl, combine pasta, tuna, peas and carrots.
    2. Whisk together the salad dressing mix, mayonnaise and milk. Stir into pasta mixture. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
