We are just a few days away from Cinco De Mayo! There is nothing better than a fresh bowl of salsa. Salsa is not just for chips, Use it to top off your tacos, burritos, salads and everything else. Use your imagination!!  The good thing about salsa is you can eat a cup or two and the calories are super low. This is my personal recipe for salsa. It's quick and easy and I've never received any complaints.

3 large firm tomatoes

1/4 cup red onion

1/4 cup sweet onion

1 bunch of Cilantro 

3 Garlic cloves 

2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime huice

1/2 teaspoon Goya Adobo

salt  and peper to taste

Chop Cilantro , tomatoe, onions and mangos. Combine all ingredients and serve cool.

This is super easy and can be completed in 4 minutes.
