RECIPE: Chocolate Sandwich Cookies

OK I admit, as much as I like to put on my apron and bake. I also cheat a little from time to time. The end result is the most important thing. Baking and cooking can be an enjoyable time consuming event.  After a long day at work I may crave a cookie and I'll stop by the store and grab a few bakery fresh cookies.  These cookies are simple and delish. Keep a jar of Nutella handy and you'll create smiles.

INGREDIENTS

10 Bakery Fresh Cookies - Chocolate Chip or Sugar

5 TBS of Nutella or Hazelnut Spread

Directions

Place 1 tbs of Hazelnut spread on 1 cookie and place another cookie on top . Easy and fun. Brew a cup of tea and enjoy. If you want to get fancy. Melt some chocolate and dip the sandwich. Let it cool for 15 minutes and enjoy.
