Rainy-Day Activities Around WNY

With the weather not looking to improve over the next few days, here are some rainy-day activities around the Western New York area:

Aquarium of Niagara a fun learning experience for kids.On Whirlpool Street in Niagara Falls, still one of the best values around for the price.

See sharks, a sea lion show, the penguin exhibit.

Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens Adult and kids will enjoy.  A great indoor view of nature, whether it's nice outside or not.

Buffalo Museum of Science If you weren't a science buff going in, you will soon be.  And ask about their (Overnight) At The Museum Event coming in July!

Tifft Nature Preserve A look at nature in our own backyard. Five miles of nature trails – trail map and rules available at the Visitor Center.  Three boardwalks with viewing blinds in and adjacent to cattail marsh.
