In Northern New York there is a Winter Storm Warning in place for Oswego, Jefferson, and Lewis counties until 2 pm this afternoon. An additional 3 inches of snow is possible and with wind gusts up to 50 miles per hour, whiteout conditions are possible, so travel could be impacted today.
