Michael Bublé Had Special Message For Toronto While In Buffalo
Michale Buble had a very special message for hockey fans in Ontario and Toronto yesterday during his concert at Keybank Center in Buffalo.
Feel Good Mornings With Dave Fields Mon-Fri 6am-10am
During his show, Buble who is a hockey fan, donned a Buffalo Sabres jersey while delivering this message to hockey fans in the crowd.
You got to love seeing this.
The two teams have played each other 222 times during the regular season and playoffs and the Sabres lead the series with a 120-74-18-10 record. Of course, Toronto has something that every Sabres fan wants..that is a Stanley Cup.
In fact, Toronto has 13 Stanley Cups, but they haven't won one since the Sabres entered the league in 1970. The last time the Maple Leafs won a Stanley Cup was in the 1967-68 season.
So the Maple Leafs and Sabres have had the same amount of Stanley Cups since the Sabres joined the NHL. That should make Sabre fans feel a little bit better.
The Buffalo Sabres kick off the new season at home at Keybank Center tomorrow as they play host to the Ottawa Senators. The next time the Sabres faceoff against the Maple Leafs will be on November 19th in Toronto.
I have a feeling the Sabres will playing some Michale Buble in the locker before that game.
