Which Is Better: Extreme Heat or Extreme Cold?

Here in New York, the old saying is if you don't like the weather, wait 5 minutes, and it will change. This week has been a very hot and humid week across the Empire State, but in 5 or 6 months we will see a complete 180, with bitter cold and snow coming our way. So which is better: extreme heat or extreme cold?

Would You Rather Have A Day of Extreme Heat Or Cold?

While there is no wrong answer to the question, there is one answer that is better than the other, and that answer is extreme heat.

I am not a "cold" person, even though I live in Buffalo, New York. I would rather sit in a t-shirt and shorts while sweating it out than be bundled up in layer upon layer of clothing. It is a huge pain to do anything when you have three layers on.

Even though I think extreme heat is the answer, most people on our social media pages argued the other way and said extreme cold is the way to go.

A lot of people went with the idea of bundling up to stay warm and then removing layers if it got too hot. Some people said the cold was good for them too, which I don't believe for a second! haha
