Since the warmer days are ahead, you'll probably reach for your favorite fruit more often.  If you are Diabetic you have to be more conscious of your sugar intake. The following fruits are lighter in sugar and are scrumpcious.

1.  Berries- Blend them in your favorite shake, top off your ceal or grab a handful.

2. Peaches- Fresh, sliced, diced, canned they are perfect for the warmer months.

3. Apricots- Have one or two. No one can eat just one Apricot

4.  Kiwi- Mix them with strawberries to rival any sweet dessert

5.  Pears- Chop them up in your chicken salad or slice and add with spinch salad. Yum!
