As you may have heard, today is a BIG DAY in the BIG MAC world.

I got my hands on a super secret lock-and-key case of the good stuff -- the bottled Big Mac Special Sauce.

I also made some of my OWN version last night, from scratch.  I was curious to see if my coworkers could tell the difference between the real deal, and my McKnock-Off.
