IRS Admits Spoof Training Video Was Waste Of Taxpayer Dollars [VIDEO]
It's hard to believe these people are responsible for anything "internal", let alone anything to do with "revenue" and/or "service".
Three years ago, the IRS created a training video that parodied Star Trek....on the taxpayers' dime. They finally admitted spending OUR money on this, and that it was, indeed, a waste of OUR money.
Why? Not because it's moronic. But because the video "doesn't have enough training material to justify the expense."
Here's the 5 1/2 minute long video, obtained by CBS News, that was shown at a leadership conference in 2010. (Reminder: OUR MONEY PAID FOR THIS)
But it gets WORSE....the IRS didn't stop there....they made another parody training video, this one spoofing Gilligan's Island. They're saying THIS one has enough information to justify "training". (Again, WE PAID FOR THIS)
Are ya mad, yet?
Oh, PS.....These "training videos" cost us $60,000. Happy Tuesday!
