How To Keep Bugs Out Of Your Kids’ Sandbox

I would have never thought about this. 

We have one of those big wooden swing sets in our backyard with a sandbox underneath. I have to weed it, which is no big deal. The bugs are the thing that is a pain.

No one wants to get bit by bugs or have to deal with them, especially kids.

Here's a great way to keep bugs out of the sandbox: Cinnamon!  Who knew?!

Cinnamon in the sandbox keeps bugs away. It also repels ants.

I would have thought cinnamon, because it's sweet, would attract bugs, but it doesn't!
