In honor of the new movie "The Hangover 2", we've gone in search of the best hangover cures around!

A search of the net finds numerous ideas to reboot your body after a night out on the town, many conflicting with each other though.  I've also received quite a bit of questionable advice from experienced friends and coworkers.  Hmm... here we go..

AskMen.com  reports that hangovers occur when you drink more alcohol than your body can comfortably break down. All that booze you slammed the night before does a number on your body.  There is help though, the site lists a variety of hangover cures including the following:

Eggs - the amino acids help your liver break down the remaining booze.

Ginseng - relieves that lethargic feeling that comes with a hangover.

Sports Drinks - rehydrate you.

HangoverCureSavior.Com disputes some of these ideas, but does agree with the basics of rehydrating and getting a bite to eat - including the eggs.  We found some strange cures for a hangover on travelandleisure.com, which among others also likes the idea of a good meal and suggests sweating the toxins out of your body.  (Sounds king of gross.)  Finally, Health911.com offers some unique advice.  The site indicates almonds help prevent intoxication and suggests peanut butter or a banana milkshake are effective hangover remedies as well.

So what's your secret to curing a hangover?
