One of the main reasons why I went to a smart phone a few years ago was to listen to my music mixes thus eliminating CDs. If your music is as important to you, you'll be pleased to know that Sony is bringing back the 'Walkman.'

This version of the Sony Walkman will be called the ZX2, and it’ll set you back an estimated $1,200. Live For Music says:

The ZX2 will support WAV, DSD, FLAC, AIFF, and Apple Lossless file types, as well as more common digital music file types.

This will eliminate the problem of your phone not being unable to decipher unique audio formats.

And how about 128 GB of memory! That should hold your entire library, and then some.

But seriously when you consider the price you must ask yourself, what's next? The $2000 e-book reader or perhaps a $3000 5G phone?
