Hot Enough to Call Winter Quits in Buffalo? [VIDEO]
Usually on my daily lunch break walk, Rotary Rink at Fountain Circle Plaza is seen here melting on a warm FEBRUARY day!
The winter month kicked off with record highs (58 at the airport just after midnight Monday Morning), with temperatures well into the 50's by Wednesday before turning colder towards the end of the week.
