Burgard High School Teacher on Leave for Lewd Photo Sent to Student

A Burgard High School teacher is on administrative leave as police are investigating accusations that a lewd photo was sent to a student. According to WIVB, allegedly  the Burgard High male staff member sent a student at Mckinley high school a inappropriate photo. The photo in question is of a man laying down and displaying his genitals and face visible. No charges have been made and the staff members name has not been released.
