Beyonce Sued For Dance Moves [VIDEO]

Beyonce is never without controversy in any of her video releases. Who runs the world was attacked by women's groups nationwide for being to racy and sexy. The rumor mill has been running rampant regarding Beyonce and Lady GaGas "Telephone" video. Beyonce is adorably pregnant in her "countdown" video.  When most woman would like to have a mommy massage, Beyonce is running around imitating Audrey Hepburn in her newest video.

Critics have been raving about the video and her dance moves. Not everyone is so happy to see Beyonce's moves.  A choreographer in Belgium is suing her for plagiarizing her dance routine.  I had no idea that you could trademarked/copyright  dance moves. I am assuming most dancers should be sued everyday. Watch the video, it looks as if Beyonce's choreographer used the Belgian choreographers moves and added some of her own. Should Beyonce have to pay?
