Christmas season is here and if you really want to get into the Holiday spirit you don't have to travel far here in Western New York.

East Aurora was recently named one of the top "Christmas Towns" in New York State.

The website recently put out a list of the towns in the state that go all out for Christmas and East Aurora landed at #5 on the list.

East Aurora got high marks for their main street and of course Vidler's 5 & 10. East Aurora and Vidler's both have been featured in several made-for-tv Christmas movies.

The last Christmas movie "Romance on Ice” was filmed in East Aurora and Vidler's last past February and is airing again this holiday season.

Vidler's has been a part of four other Christmas movies as well. “A Prince for Christmas”; “A Christmas in Vermont”, which featured Chevy Chase; “A Christmas Princess”; and “A Royal Christmas Engagement”.

Check out some of the trailers for these movies.
A Christmas In Vermont - Filmed in 2016, this holiday movie stars comedy legend Chevy Chase and was filmed in East Aurora and Ellicottville.

A Royal Christmas on Ice -
Filmed mainly in East Aurora, you will see lots of familiar sites including Viddler's 5 and 10.

A Royal Christmas Engagement - Another movie filmed mainly in East Aurora, this film was made before A Royal Christmas on Ice and features the same concept of a prince in disguise falling for an American woman from a small town.
