Abercrombie & Fitch has a Padded Bikini For Your Little Girl

I remember being 8 like it was yesterday.  I could not wait to play with my dolls, ride my bike and crochet. I would crochet dresses for my dolls. it's funny I still crochet but not as much. I did not think about a bikini or what my swimwear would look like. I just wore what my mom bought me.  I recently heard that Abercrombie and Fitch has a new Bikini Swimsuit. It's a padded Bikini top for girls as young as eight. WHAT!!!!!!!!! Look for it in the current spring line for Abercrombie Kids. It's targeted to 8-14 year olds. The “Ashley” Push-Up Triangle – a triangular-shaped bikini top which has padding for Breast enhancement. What Breasts??? 

 Is it not OK to let 8 yr olds be little girls.  Everywhere we look there are images telling our kids what to weigh, how to wear their hair,  how to look  and now how to pad your bikini. As much as I may find this tasteless, I can guarantee there will be little 8 yr olds throughout the US  with padded bikini's by the pool this season. I recently saw a little girl with "Grown Up Shoes" on. I wanted to say take that off, you'll ruin your feet and that is not proper at your age. She probably would of told me to shut up and my mom says I can. That was the end of that. (foxnews.com)
