Is Texting Ruining the Art of Conversation?

Before your kids even roll out of bed, do they roll over to text their friends?  Or even worse, texting you downstairs about a what they want for breakfast? Statistics from the Pew Internet & American Life Project show that, these days, many people with cell phones prefer texting over a phone call and it's not always young people.

As kids get older and they need to be able to talk to people in a work environment, will they be able to communicate?
