Your Patio Furniture May Be Dirtier Than A Toilet Seat!

I was SO very excited when I bought my very first patio set of table and chairs over Memorial Day weekend.

Now, I'm slightly disgusted by it.

A study out of the UK had some yucky findings, like:

• the grill has twice as many germs as a toilet seat;
• on average, we only clean our patio table twice a year; and
• most surfaces included high levels of microbes...sinister organisms and bacteria like e-coli, salmonella and listeria.

Now I don't claim to have ANY idea as to what titanium dioxide is, but apparently it's a bit of a natural disinfectant that can combat the yuckies.
