The world's first billion-dollar home, standing 27 stories high, was recently completed in Mumbai, India.  It is the new home of the fourth richest man on the planet, Mukesh Ambani, the 53-year-old chairman of India conglomerate Reliance Industries.  Plants inside the home's four-story hanging garden reportedly will save energy by absorbing sunlight to help keep the interior cooler in summer and warmer in winter.  The asymmetric glass and steel tower, designed by the Chicago architecture firm Perkins & Will, features a gym, a swimming pool, a movie theater, three helipads, countless bedrooms and six floors of parking.  A little too much for me!
