Will It Snow On Halloween?

After having the best October ever weather wise, the month ends kind of crappy.  The problem with that is the best part of the month is the end - HALLOWEEN!  If you are a parent with kids that plan on trick-or-treating, the last thing you want to hear is that the weather will be bad.

Well, the weather will be bad.  There is no getting around that.  The big question is, will it snow?  Multiple sources last week said that there was a strong possibility of the white stuff on the dark night.

The good news is that it won't be snowing.  The bad news is it will still be a cold, wet night.  It will be a high of 45 with precipitation the whole night.  Make sure you cover up those costumes with ponchos...and don't let the snickers get wet.  That's sacrilegious.
