Which Airline is the Meanest?

We've likely all had at least one bad experience flying.  Maybe delays, or lost baggage, or worst?  So which Airline do you think is the meanest? 

According to a report on  "Yahoo!"  this morning, United Airlines is the meanest major carrier.  The meanest regional carrier is American Eagle.  The Business Insider Study used data from the American Consumer Satisfaction Index to compile information for the report.  The study also found which airlines are the most unsafe, most complained about, most likely to overcharge for bags and most likely to bump you.  For the complete story check out  "Yahoo!"
