What Is Open And Closed On Martin Luther King Jr. Day?

Monday is Martin Luther King Jr. day.

WGRZ came out with a handy list of what is closed in observance.

1)  Is the post office open?

 No.  The U.S. Postal Service is closed in observance of MLK Day.  This also means no mail delivering.  However, FedEx and UPS are both open for normal pickup and delivery.

2) Will my bank be open?

Probably not, Federal Reserve Banks, TD Bank and Wells Fargo are definitely closed.

3)  Is the stock market open?

The New York Stock Exchange is closed and most U.S. exchanges will also close.
